Powered by the proven leadership framework from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)®, this program blends research-backed learning with real-world application. Participants won’t just learn concepts—they’ll practice how to apply them to everyday leadership challenges.
Throughout the intensive, your leaders will focus on the critical shifts required when moving from individual contributor to people leader, including communication, delegation, accountability, and strategic thinking.
By the end of the program, your managers will return to the workplace more confident, more capable, and better prepared to support team performance and engagement.
