ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• This is a 21+ event only. Government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the door. No ID, no participation.

WRISTBAND POLICY

• Your wristband = your access. It must be collected at the official check-in location during posted hours (before 10:30 PM).
• If you miss check-in, your wristband will not be available and you will not be permitted into crawl venues. No refunds.
• If you can’t make it, you may designate a friend to pick up your wristband on your behalf.

VENUE PARTICIPATION & RULES

• Crawl schedules, bar times, and specials are listed on the Digital Bar List.
• Your ticket is only valid during the scheduled crawl hours — not outside of them.
• Digital Crawl Map: Always check it the morning of the event for final venue confirmations and any last-minute adjustments.
• Venues may close early, reach capacity, or have staff unaware of the crawl — if so, simply continue to another participating location listed on the map.
• All venues reserve the right to deny entry based on intoxication, dress code, behavior, or safety concerns. Standard security checks still apply.

TICKETS & SALES

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• If an event is fully canceled without a replacement date, a refund (minus processing fees) will be issued.
• Events run rain or shine, and lineup, specials, or bar participation may change without notice.

COSTUMES & CONDUCT

• Costumes are encouraged, but anything resembling a weapon or considered offensive may result in denied entry with no refund.
• Disorderly conduct, harassment, or damage to property will result in removal without compensation.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket and joining the crawl, you confirm that you are participating at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, property loss, theft, accidents, alcohol-related incidents, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge Events Per Se, its owners, staff, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, and all participating venues from any and all liability — whether due to negligence, gross negligence, breach of duty, or otherwise.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your actions or participation.

By attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this waiver. It is intended to be as broad and enforceable as permitted by law.
