Welcome to Boonies Unplugged: An intimate gathering of acoustic music and storytelling.This monthly evening grew from deep community conversations in our shop and gardens around the healing power of creativity, art and plant therapy.
Boonies Unplugged gives space for artists to showcase their craft and engage with their audience on a deeply personal level. Performers will share their stories, origins of songs, even answer questions in a conversation-style concert that's a counterpoint to traditional loud and overwhelming venues.

Our stunning plant and pollinator mural by local artist Sjeli Pearse creates the perfect natural stage for performers from Uxbridge and beyond.
All sales go directly to our artists, with $5 from each ticket donated to the Beez Kneez Therapeutic Working Garden at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby, where shop owner Carly McDougall has received treatment.
