In this poetic and personal memoir, Melanie explores healing from childhood trauma through the voice of True, the unbroken part within who never stopped believing. Spanning the Sacred Ages of 0 to 18, the book reflects on what was lost, taken, or silenced, then gently returns to offer the truth, tenderness, and healing that were needed.
