Books and Brews Philly is back at Twelve78 Brewing with Reads and Co. for another grown up book fair and swap...this time with tattoos!! Been thinking about making your booking passions permanent? Join us on Sunday, June 14th for a very special day of sipping, swapping, shopping and flash tattoos from Blooming Beauty Studio! Leftover books will be donated to Tree House Books in Philadelphia.
Here's how the swap works:
*Bring a book or books (up to 10 per person).
*We cannot take reference books, textbooks, travel guides or books that are dirty, damaged, excessively yellowed, written in, water logged, etc. Please consider bringing a recent/relevant book that you have enjoyed and would love to share, rather than an old unwanted item. Think about the kind of books you would be excited to see on the swap table!
*Check in with the host
*Lay your books out on the designated tables
*Browse the books and grab up to four new (to you) books to take home
*Grab a drink, mingle and have fun!
*We will also have Blind Date With a Book books for sale. Take a chance on a book that sounds intriguing!
*Leftover books get donated or circulated back into future book swaps.
