Please welcome Bobby Hicks of Retro Recipes Kitchen and Chef André Natera to celebrate Retro Recipes Cookbook!
This event is free and open to the public.

- Run time: 45-60 minutes, followed by a signing line.
- Location: The second floor of BookPeople.
The author will be signing and personalizing copies of the book after the speaking portion of the event.
- To get a book signed, a copy of the event book or an item of equal value must be purchased from BookPeople.
- For high volume events, post-talk signing lines can become very long. For such events, we recommend arriving and checking in to the event early as that will get you into an earlier signing group.

About the author:
Bobby Hicks is a self-taught cook, videographer, and creator of the viral Retro Recipes Kitchen series, where he revisits vintage recipes and food trends from the early 1900s through the 1970s. A former bartender turned culinary historian, Hicks’ work bridges nostalgia and creativity, transforming forgotten dishes into culinary storytelling that millions have come to love online. His signature mix of curiosity, humor, and authenticity has earned him a devoted following across social media. He lives with his partner Keiko Lynn in S. Florida.
About the moderator:
André Natera, with 27 years of cooking with top chefs and running some of Austin's finest kitchens, now inspires upcoming chefs through his podcast, Chef’s PSA. He's won recognition in Dallas and Austin, and supports future culinary stars with his show, past projects like “Run the Pass,” and a book
series filled with advice and humor for cooks. His experience with leading culinary groups drives his mission to mentor and educate through Chef’s PSA, sharing his vast culinary knowledge and passion
