This day will allow you to reconnect with your vital breath.
On the program:
- Diaphragmatic breathing exercises to recognise your breathing pattern.
- Analysis of your breathing pattern.
- Experience the transformative power of breath with three breathing sessions.
- Presentation of the three levels of the Respire Plus method and the benefits of practising it daily.
- Intention: using goals for our breathing sessions.
- Sharing experiences and questions.
