Bookbinding Workshop: Formatting & the Swiss Bind

Join us for Formatting & The Swiss Bind, a hands-on workshop exploring the art of bookbinding! This intermediate class will teach you how to format and complete a hard-cover Swiss bind:

• Format a multiple-signature book. With individual development, we will learn how to format and print into a multi-signature book.
• Swiss Binding: Learn how to work with materials to make a hard-cover Swiss bound book from the formatted material.

Led by Teagan MF Kimbro, a true bibliophile, you’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for the craft—and your own handmade books! All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
