White and Blue presents 32 new poems by Chuck Joy loosely organized around three themes: voice, range, and experience. Two poems bring acknowledgments, "Prazosin for Nightmares" to AACAP Lifemember News, and "Here's Good" to Pennsylvania Poetry Society's Poetry 2025.

Chuck Joy was born in Cleveland, raised in Erie, and has been writing poetry since 1980. Chuck is an Erie County PA Poet Laureate 2018-2021 and hosts poetry events at venues around town including Chuck Joy Presents, an irregular series of accomplished poets visiting Erie at Werner Books. He is co-editor of North Coast Voices, an anthology of Great Lakes poems, a contributor in Iconic, the anthology of Erie poets, and co-director of PACA's Selected Poems from Spoon River Anthology. www.chuckjoy.com
