Benny Lee is an entrepreneur, musician, and philanthropist who emigrated from Taiwan to the United States and made Kansas City his home. He built a successful career in international trade and product development before turning his attention to community service and the arts.
Please join us as Benny Lee discusses his new memoir, A Taiwanese Immigrant’s Journey to Kansas City: A Business, Music, and Community Leader, traces the extraordinary path of a man who built a thriving business career, embraced music as a lifelong passion, and dedicated himself to giving back to his adopted community.
Benny will perform music on the clarinet and book signing to follow.
