Dr. Judith Joseph, social media’s favorite psychiatrist and researcher, is unveiling her groundbreaking book, High Functioning, which reveals the hidden face of depression. If you look fine on the outside but don’t feel fine on the inside, Dr. Judith has uncovered the tools to break the cycle of High Functioning Depression and unlock more joy in your life. Endorsed by Mel Robbins, Dr. Judith is a #1 happiness researcher who pioneered the first-ever empirical study on High-Functioning Depression (HFD). Judith Joseph MD, MBA, is a board-certified psychiatrist and researcher who specializes in mental health and trauma. She is chair of the women in medicine initiative at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, clinical assistant professor in child and adolescent psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Chief Investigator at Manhattan Behavioral Medicine, New York City’s Premier Clinical Research Site. Dr. Judith was awarded by the US House of Representatives with a 2023 Congress Proclamation Award for her social media advocacy and mental health research. In 2024 she was named a top 6 NAACP Mental Health Champion and a VeryWell Mind top 25 Thought leader. In 2024 She taught a Workplace Mental Health Course to The Executive Office Of The President of The United States of America. In addition to being a notable public speaker at prestigious institutions, Dr. Judith is a sought after on-air expert who has been featured on Oprah Daily’s The Life You Want Series, Good Morning America, The Wendy Williams Show, Tamron Hall, Today Show, CNN News With Anderson Cooper, The Mel Robbins Podcast, and more.


Dr. Holly Hatcher-Frazier, best known as the “voice of reason” on the popular docuseries, Dance Moms, found her professional background in education to be a great asset after transitioning to the television series as an original cast member. A doctoral graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, Dr. Hatcher-Frazier worked in education for more than 20 years, in various roles, including as a teacher, administrator, and principal before joining the show. Dr. Hatcher-Frazier served as a positive role model both on and off the reality television show. Dr. Hatcher-Frazier enjoys new challenges and inspires others through public speaking and sharing her reflections as a podcast co-host. An avid traveler with an adventurous spirit, Dr. Hatcher-Frazier is a digital contributor to Travel & Leisure Asia. She also enjoys giving back to her community and is honored to serve on the boards of City Theater and the Pittsburgh Film Office. Dr. Hatcher-Frazier is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she enjoys working with other women who are passionate about service, leadership and scholarship. Her most fulfilling roles in life are those of wife and mother to three fabulous children.
