About this Event
Join us for two inspirational talks as we celebrate the publication of the book ‘The Organization was set free, and the Leadership Had to Be Rediscovered’ by Sune Knudsen and Christian Bason
More and more people are questioning the way their work is organized. Are we stuck in the human view and organizational design of the past? Have all the complexity and unpredictability of today made us lose the ability and will to create something better than what used to be? Does the organization's framework limit our well-being, creativity, and ability to design the sustainable solutions the world demands? In 2020, COO Sune Knudsen and CEO Christian Bason of DDC - Danish Design Center started the process of freeing the organization, meaning everyone was free to choose their personal leader and tasks.
In a new book, they give their personal account of what it means to lose one's managerial footing on purpose and find it again in a completely different place – with the human perspective as a guiding star.
Meet Sune and Christian at DDC to celebrate the book's publication. Buying the book with an author signing at the event will be possible.
