Woo hoo! It’s almost time to launch my book! 🎉 I came up with the idea to write a Christian poetry book this past December. It started out with a bunch of random poems and then through my morning reading I eventually narrowed it down to one of my favorite books in the Bible. This poetry book follows the book of John! There’s a chapter in my book for each of the chapters of John. It focuses on the life of Jesus and who he was during his time on earth! I think so often we get wrapped up in what we feel we’re supposed to do rather than looking to Christ to see how we should live. It explores the love he has for others and really has brought me back to the simplicity and joy of my salvation!
I say all that to say, let’s celebrate!!!🎉🙌🏻 This has been such a rewarding and joy filled process. I absolutely cannot wait to share it with you! Come out to New Life City Church for some desserts, a little speech from me about writing the book, and maybe even a little book signing 😆. Hope to see you there!🤍
