Local author Sarah Anne Carter is releasing a second romance novel set in Springfield, Ohio. A Summer in Springfield: A Rose City Romance features several locations in Springfield and the local surrounding areas.The book is available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle on Sept. 26. The Kindle version is also available for pre-orders on Amazon.
Carter will have her books for sale, along with a special sticker, for a book launch at Reimagine Gifts & More in downtown Springfield Oct. 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. during the store’s Taylor Swift 12 Album Drop Party.
