About the author
Lucy founded her company Elembee ltd in 2010 to support international effectiveness and inclusion. In 2013 a request led to her discovering cultural inttelligence.
It is now her approach of choice.
She is now one of ten Master Facilitators in Cultural Intelligence in the world.
She had a week in her life where she discovered she was expecting triplets and was diagnosed with MS.
How will I cope? Was the question which preoccupied her.
She found, of course, that 'together' we cope.
In fact, together we can fly.
In a turbulant world this book shares insights in how we can collaborate, influence and lead successfully across difference.
