Join us at the YETI Flagship for a special evening celebrating the launch of New School Barbecue by Michelin‑starred pitmaster Evan LeRoy—the force behind LeRoy and Lewis and one of the leaders shaping the future of Texas barbecue.
In New School Barbecue, LeRoy breaks down the techniques, mindset, and nearly 100 inventive recipes that have helped redefine what great barbecue can be. Rooted in tradition but driven by experimentation, the book offers a fresh look at the craft—from pit design to fire management to flavor.
The evening will feature a live Q+A with Evan LeRoy, moderated by Bryan Parker of Austin Monthly, diving into the stories, process, and philosophy behind the book and the restaurant. Books will be available on-site for purchase, with an opportunity to have your copy signed by Evan.
We’ll keep things casual with light bites, including pre‑rolled foil‑wrapped sausage wraps and cauliflower tacos, plus Lonestar beer behind the bar while supplies last. Come grab a drink, flip through the book, and spend the evening with good food, good conversation, and one of Austin’s own.
