The Hancock County Historical Society is hosting a discussion and book signing event for the book "Designs of the Heartland, The Five-Decade Career of Architect John Henry Felt" written by Hancock County resident David Schrank and recently published by Greenfield Historic Landmarks. John Henry Felt, born and raised in Hancock County, began his architectural career here in 1891. During his tenure, he was responsible for designing numerous residential, educational, religious, and commercial structures before relocating his practice to Missouri in the late 1890s.

Location: Chapel in the Park, 28 Apple Street, Greenfield, IN.
The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Books will be available for purchase at the event, 100% of book sales proceeds will be shared by Hancock County Historical Society and Greenfield Historic Landmarks.
