About this Event
Southern funders and anyone involved in philanthropy are invited into a conversation that will further explore the concepts within A New Era of Philanthropy: Ten Practices to Transform Wealth Into a More Just and Sustainable Future by author Dimple Abichandani. In this gathering, we’ll ideate on how the practices and reflections in this book can apply to the Southern context. We’ll weave together stories from Southern funders facing challenging conditions, explore what a new era could look like for Southern philanthropy, and identify what needs to be true in order to achieve it.
The registration cost for this event is $30, which includes lunch and a copy of Dimple’s book.
