About Camille:
Camille is a 300-hour certified Power and Sculpt instructor currently working toward her 500-hour certification. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she’s passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and connection through movement.
Camille has led multiple Sculpt Teacher Trainings and believes the best teachers are those who show up authentically and bring their full selves to the mat. Her classes are energetic, empowering, and designed to help every student tap into their own potential—because yoga is for everybody and every body.
About Ellen:
Ellen is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor with an additional 80-hour Sculpt certification. With over a year of teaching experience, she’s passionate about the intersection of mind, body, and breath on the mat. She loves exploring how yoga challenges the body to embrace both stillness and movement, and she’s always inspired by the incredible potential we all have to grow in our practice.
Alongside her yoga journey, Ellen has spent 20 years as a children's librarian, and she brings her playful spirit and professional “silly goose” energy to every class. Her teaching is powered by fiery playlists, and infused with wonder and whimsy—and, yes, a healthy dose of dad jokes might make an appearance from time to time!
Ellen believes that yoga is meant for every BODY, as it invites you to show up exactly as you are, right here and right now. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning, Ellen’s classes are a welcoming space to move, breathe, and find balance...with curiosity, kindness, and a laugh or two, both on and off the mat.
