What's Included:
- 40-minute Himalayan Salt Room treatment. Always a private room to yourself! Bringing a friend? The room can fit up to 8 people.
- 25-minute Infrared Sauna session. We have two saunas that hold two people in each sauna.
- 1-hour yoga class. Choose a time from the current yoga schedule. 1-on-1 session at extra cost.
- 30-minute vibroacoustic frequency water bed session (1 person at a time)
- 10-minute lymphatic drainage session on a shake plate
- 10-minute red light therapy treatment for brain and gut health
- Choose a salad or sandwich from our beautifully curated vegan/vegetarian menu.
- Choose from a hot tea, American, or a fresh lavender lemonade.
Add on Some More Fun!
- Option to add additional wellness offerings like facials, jewelry making, candle making, tarot readings, sound healing, reiki and canvas painting at an extra cost.
What to Bring:
