Born to a dancer mother and a photographer father, it was only natural for Benjamin to pursue an artistic career.
Growing up between France, Portugal, and Switzerland with parents who loved to travel, his love for music with global influences naturally developed.
After settling in Brussels in the late 00s, Belben quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the nightlife scene, thanks to his talent for reading the crowd and sharing his passion with his audience.
He has been repeatedly ranked in the Redbull Elektropedia list of the best Belgian DJs for years. He has continued
to evolve by performing at international festivals like Tomorrowland, Voodoo Village, Extrema Outdoor, Hangar festival, Paradise City in Belgium and the EKA Festival Morocco and also historical clubs as Fuse Brussels, Hive Zurich, Sanctuary Roma or UNIT58 London, as well as at more intimate events including some afterparties, which were instrumental in his success.
Blending dark disco, indie dance, and melodic beats, Belben consistently aims to infuse an exotic and nostalgic touch into everything he does. After being a resident DJ at clubs like Mirano, Maze, Jalousy & Magazine Club Lille, since then, he has expanded his horizons by organising events such as Nocturama and Down.
