We’re excited to share that Green Skills Inc, in partnership with the Friends of Lawley Park, and funding from the Southern Ports Community Investment Program. Will be holding a community information event of our upcoming Stage 1 works at the Bolt Tce. This will be held at Lawley Park Friday 3rd October between 9am and 11am, we hope to see you there.We will be having Peter Stewart and the Green Skills Inc team talk about the upcoming project and what we and the Friends of Lawley Park are intending to deliver as part of this project. We will then follow up with a walk through the site and undertake some W**d identification. This will show concerned community members how to identify Sydney Golden Wattle (Acacia longifolia) and Pampas grass (Cortaderia selloana), it will then follow up with some action removing some of these invasive pests.
