Restorative Yoga is an elixir for the body and soul. With the use of yoga props, like bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows, there will be no effort on your part but to relax, breathe and listen. Poses are held for extended periods of time to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for rest, digestion and healing.Benefits include: reduces chronic pain, improves sleep, boosts your immune system, releases muscular and mental tension, develops qualities of compassion and understanding, plus more!

We have all the yoga props required for this event. Just bring your yoga mat, water and a friend!
