This Bollywood Dance-Fitness class is perfect for all ages and all fitness levels! You do not need any prior dance experience. Just come ready to sweat and leave feeling empowered and energized. To confirm your reservation for this class please sign up via Eventbrite and send a $20 payment via Venmo to @palakbsheth. Prices increase to $25 if you don't pay prior to class starting. No refunds.
Please make sure to wear fitness clothes, comfortable workout shoes and bring a towel and water bottle.

About the Instructor:
Palak is a certified Doonya Bollywood Dance instructor with more than a decade of experience teaching this fitness class. Doonya is a Bollywood-inspired workout! Our signature program designed to work your inner Bollywood through interval-based choreographed routines including styles such as bhangra, hip-hop, folk dance, latin-fusion and classical conditioning. Follow along to cardio and conditioning routines of varying intensity, activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn 500-800 calories while learning dance and fitness fundamentals. By using your own resistance and muscle control, you'll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina to keep you invigorated for the rest of your day.
