This class is beginner-friendly and all about feel-good movement, bonding, and doing something for you in a supportive, no-pressure space. Whether you’re easing back into fitness or just want a fun way to get out of the house, this is your moment.

Expect a 50-minute class with easy-to-follow choreography, modifications throughout, and a room full of parents who get it. You can go at your own pace and take breaks anytime.

Baby Requirements

• Recommended age range: ~3 to 18 months
• Baby must have strong head and neck control
• Must be worn in a secure front carrier (not provided)
• Baby can be awake or asleep

• Cleared for exercise (6+ weeks postpartum (vaginal delivery); 8 to 12+ weeks postpartum (C-section))
• No dance or fitness experience needed
• Comfortable moving while wearing your baby
