BOLEROS SONIDOS Love is a force that moves us, binds us, and reveals our deepest truths, through passion, trust, sacrifice, and hope.
Boleros Sonidos is an evening-length performance that explores iconic love songs through the lens of dance, blending the soulful melodies of Spanish boleros, the expressive fire of flamenco, and the enduring rhythms of African diasporic traditions. This multidisciplinary work honors Afro-Latin and Afro-Spanish legacies through powerful storytelling, movement, and live music.
Presented by B. MOORE DANCE in its 7th Season in motion, Boleros Sonidos is Directed and Choreographed by Artistic-Executive Director Bridget L. Moore, and features Venezuelan Flamenco sensation Daniela Tugues, Music Director Neri Hernandez, acclaimed Dallas vocalist Damon K. Clark, with Mirek.el, KASS, Christian Cuevas, joined by a collective of Dallas-based artists and musicians.
The Sounds of Love / Los Sonidos del Amor transcends generations and cultures. Through every step, note, and verse, Boleros Sonidos invites audiences to experience love’s universal language in a powerful and unforgettable way.
