‘Bold Flavours: A Radicchio Pop-up Event’ is an exclusive radicchio-tasting experience designed to celebrate this powerhouse vegetable that thrives in our cool fall temperatures.
Hosted by Chef Andrea Carlson of the Michelin-starred Burdock & Co, this 90-minute pop-up experience brings the spirit of Feast of Fields to the restaurant. Andrea and fellow chefs will create a series of elevated bites that showcase the versatility of radicchio while connecting guests directly with the local farmers who grow it.
Choose from 1 of 3 tasting time slots:
- Dusk Tasting (5:00 - 6:30 pm)
- Evening Tasting (6:30 - 8:00 pm)
- Late Night Tasting (8:00 - 9:30 pm)
Your ticket includes a souvenir Feast of Fields cedar tasting plank, and cider from Sea Cider Farm & Cider House (non-alcoholic option also available).
