The GARDEN is hosting BODYROK NAPA VALLEY for a BODYROK mat class followed by breakfast, coffee, mismosas, maybe all of the above? Come kick start your new years fitness with us and choose your own adventure!

Two ticket options!

$25 Class only: option to stay for a la carte breakfst and more fun day of. We'll have full bar, espresso drinks flowing and a line up of breakfast items for you to enjoy post sweat!

$50 (best deal!) Will get you the class along with your choice of one item from a variety of breakfast plates PLUS a hot cup of coffee AND a cocktail of your choice. Dont feel like boozing it up? No problem! We'll include a mocktail, juice or espresso drink in it's place! Menu includes granola and yogurt bowls, avocado toasts, breakfast burritos and more!

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water! We'll take care of the rest!
