Join Edna and Asho this June for a mind-body-soul empowerment workshop.Strengthen our connection to ourselves, fine-tune our expression of being alive, and learn to play and practice with the Bodylight way more creatively.
In this 3-hour workshop, you will connect with the wisdom of the changing body, and be guided by Edna and Asho, with the Bodylight method, to create a sadhana- a daily personal practice!
This is a workshop to gift yourself the present moment experience - nourishing body, mind and soul.
During the 3 hours, we will explore ways to integrate our physical, mental and emotional states.
We will learn to find a better balance and ground ourselves in the wisdom and practices of Qigong, Yoga and Meditation.
All welcome, no previous experience required. Bring your whole self to the experience.
Light refreshments and tea provided.
