Body Balance is a flow of tai chi, yoga and Pilates set to music—it is on our group fitness schedule at Genesis Hickman and South Suburban!
Park & enter mall near Van Maur, fabletics is on main floor. Bring your own mat (we will have extras for anyone who does not have their own) and wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
Workout starts at 8:30am, 55min and following you will receive a coupon and private shopping In store before the mall opens at 10am!
