Een danslaboratorium elke donderdagochtend met de MB-training als centrale as: Muscle/Bone, Mind/Body, Movement/Brain. Deze training activeert het lichaam via dynamiek, collectiviteit, waakzaamheid, ritme, uithoudingsvermogen, coördinatie en flexibiliteit. We verkennen micromovement, imagework, sensitiviteitstraining en touch 🌿Deze reeks is gebaseerd op het oorspronkelijke onderzoek van het Body Weather Laboratory in Japan, ontwikkeld door Min Tanaka en de Mai Juku Collective, en verder uitgewerkt door Frank van de Ven, Katerina Bakatsaki, Oguri, Christine Quoiraud en Hisako Horikawa. In haar eigen artistieke praktijk en voortdurende onderzoek als danser is Emilie de Vlam diep beïnvloed door deze kunstenaars, en ze draagt deze lineage mee in haar rol als facilitator van het lab, waar ze het Body Weather Weekly Lab begeleidt als een open ruimte voor belichaamde exploratie en collectief onderzoek.

This series is based on the original research of the Body Weather Laboratory in Japan, developed by Min Tanaka and the Mai Juku Collective, and further expanded through the work of Frank van de Ven, Katerina Bakatsaki, Oguri, Christine Quoiraud, and Hisako Horikawa. In her own artistic practice and ongoing research as a dancer, Emilie de Vlam has been deeply influenced by these practitioners, and she carries this lineage into the facilitation of the lab, where she hosts and guides the Body Weather Weekly Lab as an open space for embodied exploration and collective research.
