This somatic movement experience is a guided, judgment-free space for emotional release, personal expression, and community connection through free-form movement. Participants are invited to move, feel, dance and heal under the guidance of somatic practitioners who hold space for all emotions and experiences.
Designed for people of all bodies and abilities, offering a way to reconnect with the wisdom of the body and process both pain and joy together. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a journal, and simply show up as they are. No dance experience needed.

What to expect:
15 minutes of facilitated movement to begin, with free-form movement set to rhythmic music intended to support the body to feel & express, tapering to an ending with guided somatic meditation.
This class supports you to free-up stuck emotions, express healthy aggression, release anxiety and create space for joy, freedom and connection to yourself.
Etiquette:
꩜Sober space - please do not come on any mind-altering substances
꩜Phone-free zone - recording or photos prohibited
꩜Consent - no touching unless explicit consent is given
꩜Talking-free zone - no speaking on the dance floor
꩜At times, some may experience a release or movement of emotion that brings tears, please be respectful of each other’s process and space
