Each class carries a unique monthly theme. & for each you can expect:
•Opening tea, light journaling, and guided reflection
•A blend of feminine yoga, fusion dance, and free-flow movement
•Extended Savasana for deep integration
•Closing journaling and shared conversation

About the Guides 🌹
•Erynn H
Erynn is a fusion belly dancer based in Farmington, Maine, who teaches weekly classes at End of the Rainbow Health Alternatives. She has spent years studying anatomy for dancers and dance therapeutics under mentor Deb Rubin, deepening her understanding of how the body responds to movement as a tool for whole-body healing. Erynn teaches workshops and performs throughout New England, blending technical precision with a somatic, healing-centered approach to dance.
Jacqueline Morton
Jacqueline is a 200HRYTT trauma informed Yoga Teacher, college educated herbalist, and certified transformational circle facilitator focusing on feminine embodiment. Her work weaves intentional movement, pranayama, meditation, and ritual to help participants slow down, soften inward, and move with greater awareness and trust in the body.
