Our Body Ready Birth workshops are offered on an ongoing basis. This class is a must for birthing and for any woman who wants a VBAC!

With this 3 hour class every couple will have an understanding of what to do, the ‘why’ behind what to do and will learn what positions to use and when to use them. Your partner will also learn how to be an active participant and will learn what to do to confidently support your birth!
