These techniques target the fascia – an often overlooked, yet vital organ that plays a critical role in our overall well-being. During this experiential presentation, Andrea will demonstrate and guide you in functional movement that anyone of any ability can do without any equipment.

Sacred Stillness: Restoring the Nervous System through Breath, Sound and Energy
In this experiential session, participants will be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding practices and sound healing with crystal singing bowls to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and inner balance, so they become centered and more connected to their bodies.
