Come celebrate and dance the summer solstice with us. We have a special class with teacher Katy Dymoke who will guide us to discover the relationship and influences between the two practices of Body-Mind Centering® and Contact Improvisation.

Class
We'll look at the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation (CI): working from the earth, exploring pathways up into the space, supported by the fundamentals of Body-Mind Centering® (BMC®), developmental movement progression. This process connects the body systems to the movement, enabling ease, navigation through tactile awareness and the sense of opening to the space with fluid dancing - the sense of meeting self and partners in CI.
Teacher

Community Solstice Celebration
