Formed initially as a DIY 2 piece in 2017, Body Maintenance quickly moved on from its minimal drum machine beginnings into the culmination of post-punk intensity that now permeates from the quartet. The combination of glacial guitar tones pouring from James Kane’s vintage Roland amps, Zoe Mulcahy’s intricate yet aggressive reverb-laden drums and the eerie pummel of Nicholas Garth’s chorus-drenched bass are tied together with the booming chants and rhythm guitar of Riley Stafford.

Since 2019, The Yummy Mouths have been winning hearts with their fast-paced, upbeat garage punk. They've supported acts at Ancienne Belgique, impressed at We Are Open and Left of The Dial, and appeared on Studio Brussel and Willy. Now, they've flipped the script with their synth-laced debut Apopcalypse Park — a dystopian tale of adulthood as a chaotic rollercoaster, each track diving deeper into a darker, harsher world.
Evolving from riff-driven punk to a bold collage-punk sound, The Yummy Mouths now channel the likes of Courting, Yard Act, and underscores.
