BODY LOVE TANTRAYOGAThis evening will guide you into getting in touch with yourself on a deeper level than that you might have access to in your everyday life. Feeling subtle sensations within our bodies has the potential to make us feel touched by our own beings as the universal love that we most deeply are.
After the class Mia will give a short introduction to tantra for those who are interested (included in the time so it all ends at 18.30).
Body Love Tantra Yoga uses movement and stillness to develop neuromuscular pathways of love. These pathways are developed in movement by softening the sensations that reveal the vulnerable presence of the joints. They are refined in stillness by minimizing the muscular effort necessary to stabilize the body. The ongoing sensitivity this requires is a direct, concrete expression of love.
Body Love Tantra Yoga is an individual practice that allows you to experience the subtleties of all sensations within, which may include sensations of sensuality and sexuality. While not repressing nor overtly expressing your sensual and sexual nature, you will be guided to feel yourself deeply within your own being, where you can actually meet and embrace yourself as you are, moment by moment.
ABOUT TANTRA
Tantra is an ancient wisdom path that invites us to live our lives fully in each moment. This path is not asking us to detach from our bodies but to fully engage with our bodies. Not to withdraw from life but to fully engage with life. Tantra is a way of living that includes all aspects of life. It has since exploding in popularity in the west been mostly associated with sex, but is really a path of self discovery and meditation (as a way of living, not necessarily or only sitting on a cushion). However tantra also gives gives guidance for sexual self-inquiry and sexual interaction. A guidance that is so needed and longed for in our society, since we don’t have any rituals for teenagers to learn about this when starting to engage sexually with self or others.
ABOUT MIA
Mia Lehndal has been dedicated to the yogic and tantric path for more than 20 years. She teaches yoga, tantra, meditation, coaching & leadership and she clearly demonstrates how those paths are interconnected and support you in being who you truly are. Mia dropped out of her academic career in media & communication in the year of 2000. Since then, she has been devoted to the path of self-discovery & inner leadership. Since 2006 she is professionally guiding anyone who is willing to look into the treasures of who and what we are in our depth as human beings.
