Reaching 25 years is more than a number — it reflects decades of dedication, relationships built over time, and a deep commitment to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence at every stage of life. It’s a milestone made possible by the incredible community that has grown with us through the years.
Whether you’re new to our studio or have been part of our journey along the way, we invite you to join us in celebrating, connecting, and experiencing what Body Evolutions is all about. Enjoy a welcoming morning of movement, conversation, and inspiration as we share our story, our space, and the methods that have supported our community for a quarter of a century.

🚗 Parking: Free parking is available in front of the studio — we recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a spot.
