Body Dialogue will introduce you to embodied mindfulness and present moment awareness through dynamic stretching, visualization and breathing coordination. Participants can expect a synthesis of the Alexander Technique, yoga, Tai Chi, natural movement and self-reflection.

Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing that is easy to move and breathe in, bring a yoga mat, a spill-proof water bottle, a journal and a pen or pencil. Expect moderate exercise and dynamic stretching.
