Workshop 6: Unspoken Communication: discovering group connection in dance
In this workshop, we will explore collective movement through principles of release technique and structured improvisation. Starting with simple exercises, we will work on body awareness and connection to the group, finding a shared rhythm and flow. Guided by touch, peripheral vision, and intuitive awareness, we will explore how subtle cues in speed, direction, or level can guide collective movement, creating an intuitive and responsive flow.
Workshops series:
The series is thoughtfully designed to progress over time, building on previous concepts. However, each workshop is a self-contained experience, allowing participants to attend as many—or as few—as they wish.
