You’ll learn how to feel your breath from the inside out and create more space for it to move with ease.
We’ll begin with a short, approachable lecture covering the anatomy of breathing, the diaphragm, and how the different zones of respiration impact your nervous system. Then bring that knowledge directly into the body. The physical practice will invite you to slow down, observe subtle patterns, and support your breath through movement and breathwork practices.
Expect to breathe together, deepen your understanding of how you breathe, and leave with practical tools you can use both on and off the mat to regulate your nervous system.
