BODIES OF MEMORIES - FLAMENCO DANCE
Bodies of Memory is a bilingual flamenco performance exploring resilience, memory, identity, and the voices of women through dance, live music, and storytelling.
Created by Flamenco y Sol, the performance brings together flamenco artists in an intimate and emotionally charged evening inspired by personal and collective histories.
Blending traditional flamenco with contemporary theatrical elements, Bodies of Memory invites audiences into a space of reflection, strength, and connection.
Featuring live dance, song, guitar, and poetry.
This project is supported in part by Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, and the Howard Gilman Foundation.
