Join us for a unique experience at El Museo (91 Allen Street, Buffalo, NY 14202) on April 26th from 11AM-12:30PM where we combine the tranquility of yoga and meditation with the playfulness of art. Led by The Himalyan Institute's Tosca Miserendino, Bodega Yoga is a public programming event immersed in an other-worldly installation, Bodega333, created by Buffalo artist Alison Cortes. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Tosca's teaching style is designed to cater to all levels and includes a gentle flow and extended meditation. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event!
