BOC Let's Move: Bootcamp - 90’s / 2000’s edition

BOC Family, are you ready for a challenge? Join us Saturday, July 20 at 9am as Nadia McKenzie, certified Les Mills BodyPump Instructor and MetCon coach, leads us through an epic Bootcamp workout 🔥.

BOC Let's Move Bootcamp will be a bodyweight cardio workout and we’re going to work up a sweat to some classic 90’s and 2000’s music (i.e hip hop, reggae, r&b, soca). What a fun way to move your body with other members of the BOC family!

Please note : this event is for 18+ only

Level: All levels are welcome - modifications available
