Boats and Bluegrass 2026

Boats and Bluegrass is a family friendly festival held on the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota. We pride ourselves in providing a fun, safe, and friendly festival environment. If you are looking for a laid-back festival with none of the large-fest hassles, this is your place.

Full-weekend ticket purchase includes access to festival grounds, General Admission camping, and free boat rentals all weekend. All ticket levels are the same, the only difference is the price. Scoop em early to get the best deal :)

All camping passes will go on sale January 1, 2026. General Admission tickets include un-reserved camping, but if you are camping with an RV over 24’, you will need to purchase a reserved camping pass through Prairie Island Campground or visit https://www.boatsandbluegrass.com/reserved-camping

Kids 16 and under are free with paying adults. Rain or shine. Sorry, no refunds.

For the safety of your pet and other festival attendees, pets are not allowed. Qualified service animals are allowed.
