Coach Tai is the founder of The New HERizon Experience, a curated series of intentional gatherings designed to help women realign with themselves, honor their boundaries, and move through life with clarity and grace.
Her work blends mindful conversation, spiritual awareness, and creative expression to create experiences that feel both elevated and deeply grounding. Coach Tai believes that balance is sacred… that discernment is a form of self-respect… and that every season of life requires intention.
