Cost: Free for current BMRC members

• Improve their running technique, agility and efficiency for improved fitness, performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
• Achieve numerous PBs, region & state podiums and records
• Realise their dream of competing at the Stawell Gift, qualifying for 100m/400m finals and winning the Little Athletics 400m handicap in 2023.
• Being selected in the AFL umpiring talent pathway squad.
• Being selected to play AFLW.
• Realise their dream of competing as a professional athlete
