Come join us at Briardale House for a day of healing and support. This in-person event is designed to help you navigate life after experiencing loss. Connect with others who understand what you're going through and find comfort in shared experiences.
AJ Atkinson from Inner Light Wellbeing and her team will offer guidance on how to cope with grief. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in discussions and activities aimed at helping you move forward in your journey.
Whether you've recently experienced a loss or are still healing from one in the past, this event is for you. We believe that together, we can find hope and healing.
At Inner Light Wellbeing, we understand the depth of your grief and the courage it takes to move forward. This isn’t about “fixing” the pain—because grief is love that has nowhere to go. It’s about finding moments of peace, tools for self-care, and a community of people who truly get it.
