The end of 2024 is nigh w/the last Blunt Presents a special one ringing in Krampus - The Krampus is a horned anthropomorphic figure who, in the Central and Eastern Alpine folkloric tradition, is said to accompany Saint Nicholas on visits to children during the night of 5 December (Krampusnacht; "Krampus Night"), immediately before the Feast of St. Nicholas on 6 December. In this tradition, Saint Nicholas rewards well-behaved children with small gifts, while Krampus punishes badly behaved ones with birch rods.This night definitely takes on a part Euro centric presence with all bands featuring frontpeople who have either Czech, Dutch or German origins. It's also a rare outing for all bands involved so don't miss it. More information to come soon.
Meanwhile here is some things we can share;
Whateva is an Australian anarco-punk band created by Whatever Eva - the punk poet, singer and lyricist from Czech Republic.
Konrad - bass, Art - guitar and Vince - drums, make the music to anti-fascism, anti-racism and anti-bullshit lyrics.
Come and see the blasphemy and outrage as Whateva doesn't sugarcoat.
Whateva won 'Rock The Mosh' Band Comp in Moshpit Newtown Sydney in April 2023.
